Shipping within NEW ZEALAND . Orders made on this website can be shipped to NEW ZEALAND ONLY.
Shipping
Our goods are delivered by NZ Post, signature and Age Restricted requires. Due to this, please ensure you provide a physical address where your item can be signed for 9am – 5pm weekdays. Delivery can not be made to a PO Box. Please include your postcode. Please also read the shipping policy here.

We’re using WooCommerce Payments can be made by Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
Pricing
Our online prices are for the supply of items in New Zealand and are shown in New Zealand dollars inclusive of GST. Prices do change from time to time, and we reserve the right to do so.
Processing and delivery times
Orders will be processed within our standard operating hours (Mon – Fri, 7am – 7pm). Any orders received outside of these times will be processed the next business working day. Processing of your order may take up to 48 working hours. Delivery estimates are additional to this processing time.
Delivery by NZ Post. An tracking details will be sent to your email when your item pickup by couier driver. Normally 3-5 working days you will be received the item, this is only an estimate, and we can not guarantee that your goods will be delivered within this timeframe.
You must be 18 years or older
Riceme Distillery can not deliver our products to anyone under 18 years of age – it is against the law. Remember, if you use our site to purchase alcohol and are under 18 years of age, then you’re breaking the law.
Product and packaging guarantees
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we will replace any unopened bottles with another product or credit your account. If your delivery has been damaged in transit, we will replace it for you. Please note that damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, we will put it right for you. Please note that packing errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos where applicable.
Cancellation policy
Once an order has been placed, you may not cancel the order as goods are often packaged and shipped the same day. Please select carefully before placing an order.
Insurance
We use secure packaging for all deliveries, and our products are insured up to the point where they are delivered to your address. We are not responsible for damage or theft to goods beyond this point.
