Riceme Distillery will be delivered to most locations within the North and South Islands of New Zealand via NZ Post/Aramex Courier with online tracking and Age Restricted requires.

Proof of ID: The Customer warrants that they will show current identification to the person(s) delivering the goods for Riceme Distillery. This identification must include the Customer’s full name, date of birth, photo, and signature. Riceme Distillery will not deliver to any Customer who is under the age of 18 and/or cannot show identification proving they are 18 years or older.
Right to withhold delivery: Riceme Distillery may withhold the right to deliver the Products to the Customer for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, location).
Reasonable endeavors: Riceme Distillery shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver the Products to the delivery address specified by the Customer on the registration form within a reasonable time.
Change of Address: The Customer is to notify Riceme Distillery immediately of a change to delivery address. Riceme Distillery will, if requested by the Customer, at the cost and risk of the Customer, arrange for the delivery of Goods to the Customer at the address nominated by the Customer.
Delays to delivery: Riceme Distillery shall not be liable for any failure to deliver within a reasonable time whether the delay is due to causes beyond the control of Riceme Distillery or otherwise.
Delivery deemed to have taken place: Delivery will be deemed to be effected upon the direct transfer of possession of the Products from Riceme Distillery to the Customer, or upon possession of the Products being given to a carrier or courier for the purposes of transmission to the Customer.
Riceme Distillery shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to any failure by Riceme Distillery/Courier to deliver any Goods promptly, or at all.
Riceme Distillery may, at any time, add or remove content from this website without notice.
